Hi there - Let's meet! :)A little about me: Besides having a goofy/at times witty/fun sense of humor, my friends would likely describe me as honest, intelligent, thoughtful, loyal, and fun. I guess I always try to do the right thing regardless of the consequences. I have been extremely blessed to have many close friends in my life that I consider to be a part of my family. As far as work, I have a challenging job which forces me to be more professional and serious than I might otherwise typically behave! I tend to find humor even in the midst of serious situations - it sometimes can get me in trouble! I have been with my company for over 19 years and find my work challenging. I work very hard and at times have extended hours, but always try to put family and friends as a priority. I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, biking, camping etc, but equally like to be cozy on the couch watching a movie, or writing/playing music. I also have a music degree so music is important to me - I enjoy all types, from jazz and classical to rock and heavy metal (yes, I still wanna be a rock-star someday!) :-) When I have time, I enjoy reading and following politics. I also enjoy bowling - been on the same team for 15 years, but oddly enough in all that time I haven't gotten much better! A little about you: Besides your having a goofy/at times witty/fun sense of humor, I'm looking for someone who is honest, loyal, & has an open approach to communication without guesswork. A sense of spontaneity when it comes to having fun would be great! My ideal partner would enjoy some of the same things I do but would also pursue her own interests. I'm looking for someone who is good-natured, and warm-hearted. I'm not a bible-thumper but I am looking for someone who has faith and strong morals, has ambitions, and who often thinks about others. A few miscellaneous thoughts: I'm very easy going and pretty low maintenance and would rather laugh about things than freak out. I am serious when I need to be and work hard to resolve issues and conflict, but laughter is a "must have" because it's a lot healthier to laugh than it is to stress out about things. I really value spending time together with my partner, snuggling, talking, laughing, and am comfortable doing just about anything anywhere together. But I also need a bit of space and would expect the same in my partner. I love and am comfortable with kids, although I have none of my own. I'm so not perfect and don't expect anyone else to be, but what I am is honest, stable, reliable, and trustworthy, and am looking for someone who shares these values.It's difficult to capture or summarize everything in a few paragraphs, so if there's anything you'd like to know about me just ask - I'd love to hear from you!
