I'm back. Again. After taking a break from meetville I find myself once again back here. Although this is not a bad place to be, its really not my intent to stay here for long.With that said, I'll give a brief description of me and what I am about.I am a single mom of 2 kids, although they aren't kids anymore. Both are over 20. I own my own home, car, work full time at a job I love. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, although I don't get there as often as I'd like. working long hours, house maintenance inside and out take up many of the 48 hours that I am not at my "paid" job.So if I find myself too exhausted from a long day at work, I enjoy sitting on my deck listening to nature, having a glass of wine and just decompress.I love going for walks, biking, sitting on an out door patio, going by the canal, taking a drive in the country, cooking a meal with someone over a glass (or 2) of wine, campfires, sitting by the water, enjoying nature. Simple things.I like to travel although haven't had many opportunities to do so. I do plan on travelling hopefully in the near future. Family and friends are very important to me. I will defend them and anyone else. I will especially protect anyone vulnerable - animals, children, elderly - without a second thought.Truth, honesty, respect is #1 for me. If you can't offer that in a relationship (friendship or romantic), then it wont work. Physical attraction will spark my interest, but sense of humour, personality and charm will keep my attention! Looking for someone genuine, who has a positive attitude, a great sense of humour, is laid back and doesn't take himself or life too seriously . Well I have been on here for a bit. I find that internet dating impersonal but it is the in thing. Well what can I say about myself. I am intelligent but not arrogant. I am respectful to those who are respectful to me. I love my job. I swim a lot and try to work out as much as I can. I love travelling and of course I love different kinds of foods. I consider myself cultured but not snobby.I like simple things. For example some days I go down to the pond (High Park area) and feed the ducks. When it is a nice day, I read in the park. Go for a nice ice cream, What else. I love Christmas so I decorate my apartment like crazy. The fact that I live alone, I guess I decorate my apartment for me, Remembering days of when I was a little girl and we always had a tree. Brings back nice memories. I am not selfish and I am not into designer stuff. If I see something I like I do buy it but I don't feel I have to have the latest in fashion. I do like good perfume though and some nice cut flowers near my bed. Bubble baths and chilled champagne. I do like to read a lot. Mostly biographies on political figures. History etc. As for music, depending on the, if I' m alone I listen to classical and read, yes having a glass of red wine.
