I have a very broad taste in music where there is little I don't like, on the proviso that some talent has gone into making it, which makes it appealing. I can also, and I like to cook (and I don't just mean fish & chips) and my latest experiment is tinkering with Risotto rice, as I'm trying to perfect a particular dish.
