I'm currently a Registered Nurse at a local hospital yet still in school to complete a post-master's program to become a Nurse Practitioner. I should finish in december and plan on going in to palliative care. I own my own home and support myself. I consider myself to have expensive tastes but by no means am I stuck up. While I love the finer things in life, I'm just as happy in a sports bar watching hockey or UFC and drinking some cheap domestic beverage as I am anywhere else.I love to have a good time and always try to make the best of every situation. I have often been told that I'm "too happy" but if this is my only downfall then I must be doing pretty good! I am very family oriented and career driven which is apparently very intimidating to some. I love to travel and find that I am most at home and relaxed when on a beach somewhere with a cold drink in my hands (preferably in the Caribbean but I'm not too picky). As I already mentioned, I love sports, both watching and playing them. I love watching movies, going out, hanging out with friends, meeting new people, etc. I have a HUGE weakness for guys in the military and/or firefighters (what girl doesn't love a man in uniform?).However I'm still waiting for one of them to prove they aren't all complete ***holes. I'm addicted to the color pink and Audrey Hepburn movies. Christmas is my favorite time of year although I wish I could spend it somewhere warm...I hate cold weather!!**What I'm looking for: Someone who can make me laugh and respects me. Honesty is key. Someone with no baggage. If you have kids that's great, but I don't need any baby mama drama. I don't like drama and certainly don't want to deal with yours!!
