I come from a very close family.My parents will be celebrating their 63rd Anniv in Mar.; nephews. Unfortunately I was never blessed with children so if you have children, that's a plus for me:-)We were raised to work hard and were taught to appreciate what we were given. Even now I work 2 jobs, both keep me pretty busy, however I manage to make time for my family and things that are important to me..I am a firm believer of enjoying the moment that your in. No matter where I am, what I am doing, or who I am with, I find a way to have fun and make the best of it, because we never know what the future holds or what tomorrow will bring.I am a very happy person because I have a great family, great friends, I love what I do, and I am very content with my life!..However, as much as I enjoy my life the way it is, and as fullfilling and as busy as I am, I would love to have someone to share it with. I would truly enjoy having that special someone to talk with over coffee in the morning, to enjoy a cold beer after a long day of work, go for a walk on a nice day.. holding hands, watch a good movie over a big bowl of popcorn, go out on a Friday night dancing, have a glass of wine in front of a warm fireplace, or just cuddle on the couch saying nothing at all...... I enjoy the simple pleasures life holds as well as being able to experience as much as I possibly can. I love listening to music, all kinds of music and I love to dance!!!Both of my careers involve travel which I enjoy. I want to see as much of the world as I can.; SanDiego I have been divorced since Jan ***and have had enough time to adjust. I am very healthy in body spirit and mind and would like to enjoy my time with someone who likes to enjoy life, smile and have fun!!! As long as he is a gentleman. I like to be treated like a lady. If there is a major tennis match or ACC basketball on tv, I will be watching it. I like a variety of things including watching/participating in sports, listening to music: R&B/Soul(mostly), Beatles, Eric Clapton. I am a major dog lover and treat them like my children. I enjoy being outdoors. I am the single mother of a 17 year old boy. My life has been revolved around him. I would love to find someone who shares the same interests as I do and wants to get out and do things as well as hang out at home, too. But there needs to be that certain chemistry. I love to travel. Just returned from Machu Picchu-one of my bucket list trips. It was fantastic!!!!! Update: I am growing my hair out so any pics with short hair are not current. I'm not that picky.
