A twenty-something, over-educated, under-employed passionate, fun-loving lady. I've traveled a decent amount during my few years on this earth, and hopefully will do more of that. I enjoy movies, concert going, camping and wilderness, and conversations that take place over beer or around a fire. I almost forgot to mention that I'm not very into sports, but I love Penguins Hockey. I can fit in with nerds as easily as I can with outgoing party types, and I'm accepting of all walks of life. I have a couple degrees, was substitute teaching for awhile and didn't find the right job in my field. I took college very seriously, and now that I'm through with school I'm taking a breather on being goal-oriented and I'm just enjoying my place in life. I'm a retail manager in a store I love, doing something completely different than I intended. I don't want to grow up and get lame just yet, however, I handle my business fine enough. I'm not in any hurry to do the conventional things most nearly 30 year old women want to do.I like a lot of different music (cliché, I know...) In all seriousness I can listen to anything on the radio with the exception of country music. Right now I'm getting into EDM and grungy electric rock. Basics include indie rock, neo soul, 90's punk, bluesy rock, classic oldies, alternative, grunge, ska!, cheesy 80's metal, and of course 70's classic rock. I'll go to see almost any band live, and I have been to so many concerts that I've started to forget who I've seen play!I'm really into shows and movies (but ironically I don't have cable)... I have read some great books in my life, and when I find one that interests me I won’t put it down – but I’m not an avid reader, as I prefer to be out and about with friends over being home by myself.I'm a terribly picky eater, it's probably the trait I like least about myself. I'm not very into seafood or most ethnic cuisine, so foodies probably wouldn't enjoy taking me out!And guys, please, smile in your pictures! A nice smile is really the key to a woman's affections. Especially when there are literally plenty of fish in the sea. Also, enough with the selfies in the bathroom mirror. You don't have any photos with friends or family to post? It says alot when someone has pictures of themselves somewhere, with someone. Seems less catfish, y'know...

While I am absolutely not racist nor have anything against biracial couples being together, I would prefer not to. 4. If you mumble or cannot tolerate repeating yourself once in a while...I'm hearing impaired and this will not work.NOW, if you're still reading this and haven't skipped me entirely, feel free to continue reading. :-)First and foremost, I'm very straightforward and honest. I believe all relationships, even if they are just good friends, are built on trust, honesty and respect. Also, if you are looking for a woman that is obsessed with looks, then I'm not her. I enjoy playing hard and I don't mind if dirt gets under my nails. I do enjoy dressing up when the occasion calls for it though. Also, if you want that girl that has a rocking body, in great shape, and super athletic...well...not there yet. Sorry. I do go to the gym when time allows and I absolutely LOVE working out and hitting up Gold's.I've been told I'm kind of smart, but one might question the sources from which those comments came. As for my job. I'm a middle school teacher and I love it! I love learning from my middle school students that I teach and the high school students that I coach. From their volleyball games to baseball or football, I rarely miss a game. I love sports in general! Most especially football, baseball, basketball and volleyball. I'm also a Varsity and JV Volleyball coach and love spending time with my girls training them to love sports as much as I do. When it comes to music, I love just about everything. There is a very limited amount of rap that I like but when I say limited, I mean like two songs, if that. I love hard rock, country, some r&b, blues, jazz, old rock, classical...etc. A lot.I love to read all sorts of books, watch every kind of movie. I thoroughly enjoy traveling around the country. Mostly to RI to visit my brother, sister-in-law and two nephews. I enjoy playing music on my saxophone and piano when the opportunity arrives, drawing when I have time, and working on new projects around my house, mostly making my back yard look like something other than a forest.Friends and family are very important in my life and I spend as much time with them as I can. They were the ones that helped shape who I am today and therefore they will always be a big part of my life. Education: I have a Bachelors and Masters degree in education with a minor in Biological sciences.Faith: I am a Christian and try to be accepting of other religions and beliefs.SO, if you actually read all of this, well, that's just impressive and you should give me shout out.
