My name is Amy; I'm an A&M grad. I have sometimes crazy hours because of my sometimes even crazier career. Those hours are sometimes made more unusual when I travel, which I enjoy any chance I get whether it's for work or pleasure. I love random road trips. Some of my favorite things in life (to continuously be added to) are:-the extreme physical and mental challenge that both crossfit and MMA provide-Laying in bed with my puppies watching chick flicks during bad storms that make the windows sound like they're about to smash into a million pieces.-The pain you get after working out a muscle you have to look up in a medical book because you didn't know it existed. -Standing in ***degree weather for 5 hours with the sun beating down, passing around ***spf and still getting sunburned, paying $5/bottle of water (or $3 just for a darn cup of ice) trying not to pass out from heat stroke just to watch the Fightin' Texas Aggies beat the hell outta whoever that Saturday's not so formidable opponent is.-Finding those amazing and unique heels you can't live without that also just happen to be so special you don't have a thing to wear with them. Therefore, you have complete and total justification to continue your shopping quest for at least one outfit to go with the heels so they weren't bought in vain.-Getting back to the city! I'm a city girl so I thrive on getting back any chance I get.Something crazy and out of the ordinary. Dinner and a movie kinda suck for y'all who haven't figured that out by now.

Well let's see, I'm now 35 years old, and can actually admit it, and have had no luck finding that someone special through the "usual" ways. I am a fifth grade teacher which does not allow for much contact with people of the opposite sex. What it does allow for is a lot of smiles and laughter with the kids.I'm not one of those girls that are afraid to get dirty. When camping, I'm the one pitching the tent, carrying fire wood, or baiting the hook for fishing. This is not to say that I don't also like to have my nails look good while I'm doing it :o) I think I'm a pretty laid back person. I enjoy traveling, theater, movies out or at home, and the casino and bars(challenge you to a game of darts) on occasion. Occasionally I go a little crazy, like skydiving. Everyone always says, "I'm looking for this, or I'm looking for that." I'll admit that when I was younger my list was ten miles long. I've come to realize, in my older age :), that what I am looking for is someone who is not into games, unless we're talking Clue. Someone who doesn't feel that they need to be at the bar every Friday and Saturday simply b/c it's Fri. or Sat. I am the type of person who can sit on the couch watching a movie or UFC one night, throw on dorky bowling shoes the next, and end the weekend at a Broadway show. I would love someone who could join me doing all of this. Finally, I am looking for someone who will just be my best friend and treat me the same way he would like to be treated himself. That's not too much to ask, is it?? :o)A first date requires good conversation over dinner or drinks at the minimum. Although conversation over a well brewed cup of coffe is always nice too.
