i would describe myself as alittle old-fashioned/a little new-wave. i like having the door opened for me but in return i will open the door for others. i enjoy a variety of differnet things as you read in my interests..and i'm not afraid to try new adventures.i enjoy cuddling on the couch watching a good movie--or a hockey game. don't forget the popcorn! during the spring-fall i spend alot of time fishing and walking when the weather is nice. i like riding as a passenger on the back of a motorcycle. (i would like to get my own one day). i also like to take several trips to the local deer farm. especially to watch the growth of the fawns. as you saw in my photos, i do enjoy taking nature pictures. im in no way a professional photographer but i do enjoy it. i especially like waterfalls, sunsets, sunrises and wildlife pictures.camping (and just campfires) are high on my list of relaxation remedies. i can camp in a tent-which is what i have. or rent a cabin/yurt. one of my vacation weeks each summer is normally a camping/fishing/NASCAR trip to dover, de. my music choices start with classic country, country, 60's & 70's and anything that has a good beat that we can dance to. it's a real bonus if you know how to two-step! i do like to go out occasionally and have a drink or two; do some dancing; maybe shoot a few games of pool and sing some songs on kareoke nights. i belong to the moose club and the vfw and that's where i do most of my socializing.i work as a cook. right now im working a full time job i have one son who's grown and lives in utah. i'm not interested in having any more children of my own but i do like kids. i must warn you that i do have a dry/sarcastic sense of humor. i try to make lite of most situations. i'm hoping to be connected with a true honest man who will be my friend first and foremost-hopefully my soulmate-and then become the love of my life. i would like someone to grow old with...you know-still holding hands at 90 and sitting on the front porch swing-snuggling and kissing like teenagers!a nice walk (weather permitting) with good coversation. maybe a lite lunch or dinner. if everything is going well a few games of pool or some dancing would be nice.

    Well i thought i,d change my profile as it does'nt really sum me up anymore. I appreciate honesty, respect, and most of all people who are true to themselves in all aspects of life.     I have to admit the thought of going to meet a total stranger makes me nervous. I need to know that a man I choose to meet likes some of the things I enjoy (especially some of my music).I do need to see a picture of anyone I plan to meet (mainly for safety reasons)NOW for FUN INFO!! I am a ROCKER! I am in awe of GOOD music (preferably Rock'n Roll (Chuck Berry to METAL, Blues, New Age & World Beat...along with some other stuff - BUT not too much Rap & twangy country is just irritating). I do enjoy a lot of country(Johnny Cash was one of the best concerts I went to). I can not sing or play a musical note, which makes me a just a great fan.I love a great cup of properly brewed tea. Enjoy family events with my children.I am a life long Saskatchewan Roughrider Fan.Lets not forget the OILERs, of which I am also a fan (I can not describe myself as 'life long' though). I had another hockey team in my 'dark (red)' past.... BUT PLEASE NOTE: I married incredibly young & had my 1st child at the age of only 17 & the last at 22 years. I have 3 children the oldest is my only son, and my 2 daughters are in happy marriages & have 5 children between them. My oldest daughter had her 1st child at a young age. SO this means that I have an 18 year old grand daughter. My 1st Grandbaby was born when I was 38 years old! (My dear Mom was 39 when she had me!) Age is truly a number & I cherish every year I have lived!(mmm some more than others ... LOL!)I think it would be nice to meet a man & just have good conversations, have fun, enjoy events. If sparks fly ....I would love to listen to good music. A walk would be nice. And I would enjoy a good cup of tea!
