Woman. 38 years old. Zodiac sign: Libra.
Looking for: man. In age: 28-48
My best feature is actually something you can't see at all... My friends tell me that my Charisma is the first thing other people notice about me. At first, I’m Very shy, and definitely unconventional. Once I get to know someone, I can definitely hold up my end of the conversation. I'm energetic, spunky, and a bit competitive. My humor is Very dry & sarcastic, and I don’t find the usual class-clown stuff funny. I'm not afraid to work until All of the work is done, even long after sunset, and most times even when my part is done. I have a strong drive and definitely a stronger determination. My dream would be to have his & hers matching trucks parked side by side in the driveway of a working cattle ranch, with enough land to ride on and not see the same stone twice in one day. And, So far, I’ve got a GREAT start! As society turns more technological, I find comfort in the long lost ways of times past. I don’t find the need in most of the creature comforts today’s society seems so dependent upon, and would feel more comfortable in a rustic little hunting cabin, 60 miles from town, where modern convenience is solar energy, a hot shower, and a real-wood burning fireplace. I would rather snuggle up on the couch & tease over who gets to pick out the next old western dvd, than watch anything that cable or satellite has to offer. I was born, raised, and educated on the west-coast, and moved from Oregon-Washington to Kansas in ***. I’m not a huge fan of any type of sport, and you won’t see me with a golf club in my hand, unless I’m attempting to knock some sense into some well-deserving person…Currently for work, I drive a semi-truck. Regional and Yes, Over-The-Road. My passion is with hauling cattle; however, I have carved quite the niche in the Feed-ingredient world, and alternate between the two. My mate would have to have a thorough understanding of the demands that OTR trucking entails, and would be readily able to jump in and help out when the need arises. I have done a lot of different things in my short time on this earth, and there's a lot I have yet to accomplish. I have Dreams, Goals, and plans for a future. When I’m not out there chasing little white painted lines, I spend my time outdoors with my horses and cattle. I’m not a stranger to sleeping in the barn during calving season, and find that one of the greatest joys in life, is a newborn calf or foal. I still use horses for general ranch work, and only use my ATV for farming, when I need to check crops, or service irrigation equipment and can’t get my service-truck through the fields without hurting the crops. I enjoy fishing, pheasant hunting, boating, bon-fires with good friends, and rebuilding engines. After a long day’s work I like to snuggle up in front of a fireplace, with a soft blanket, a good book, and a glass of wine. I'm looking for a true partner for every aspect life has to offer. He would have similar drives and interests, would see me for what I am on the inside, not just the outside. He would be my everything; Someone to laugh with, someone to cry with, my riding partner, my trouble-finding partner, and my life partner. He would be soft enough to help me when I realize that I bit off more than I can chew, yet strong enough to work shoulder to shoulder with me.He would be equally a leader and a supporter, with a little same-team competition, a strong drive, and an extra helping of motivation and ambition. He would be a non-smoker, and only drink on occasion. He would walk a straight line with Honesty, Integrity, and Follow-Through. He would be trustworthy, self-reliant, resourceful, and mature. He would have solid convictions, be dependable, always put forth his best effort, and have pride in himself and his appearance. His communication skills and wit would equally match that of my own, and would know just what to say, and when it needs to be said. He would know how to treat me with respect, and would be there for me when I need him most, and expect me to be there for him as well.He would be past the point of starting a family, or raising young children. He would either have none, or would have ones that are close-to if not already grown. He would have his ducks in a row, and would be ready to start the next chapter of his life with someone he cares deeply about. Hand in hand, we would struggle through the hard times, and sail through the bliss. Together, we would buckle down and try harder when the going gets tough, rather than looking for the first escape route we come to. He would have the knowledge and experience to handle heavy ranch work and responsibilities, know how to saddle a horse, and how to change the oil in a Peterbilt; although it never hurts if he knows how to give a good massage... He would be more comfortable in the rural ranch setting, and would have no use for the big city. He would rather be on his horse, than a motorcycle, and he would agree that the smell of a fresh cow pattie, and diesel fuel, are better than any bottled cologne one can buy at the store.I am deeply rooted in Kansas, due to work and ranching, and would request that my mate be openly willing to, and in a position to relocate here. I might consider relocating elsewhere, if the opportunity would enhance or improve upon the goals I have already reached, and the ones, together, we have yet to accomplish. You never get a second chance, to make a first impression. I wouldn't say that I believe in Love at first sight, but I do know that people can feel Chemistry at first sight. I feel that everybody has a somebody, it’s just up to them to find that person. Que tenga un buen dÃa!Hmmm What to put here? First dates for me never seem to work out as planned, so if fixing something broke, catching something trying to stampede you, or anything involving 4 wheel drive trucks and farm machinery doesn’t appeal to you, then you may find yourself eating at that fancy restaurant alone. The person who would catch my attention the most, would be the person who can handle laying on a blanket on the hood of a Peterbilt, in the stockyard at sunset, with the cattle bawling in the background, looking up at the sky as the stars start to appear, with a little Texas Red Dirt music, and a bouquet of wheat...

Woman. 45 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.
Looking for: man. In age: 35-55
I'm a spontaneous, adventurous woman who is always up for some fun, whether we're getting lost in a corn maze, bowling in 70's clothes, a three legged race in the mall, hang gliding or squeezed in with locals (carrying entirely too large a basket on their heads) on a Central American chicken bus. I love to travel and have been fortunate to go to Africa twice (Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Zambia), Ireland, Italy, England, France, Belgium, Amsterdam, Greece, three months in Spain a month in Guatemala, Honduras, six months in Australia, Peru, Hawaii, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Aruba and St. Martin. And Vegas weekends are fun! You can learn so much by traveling and experiencing other cultures. It's extremely humbling.I love to ...... do anything with my son. He rocks!I am a passionate woman, about everything, life and the people I surround myself with. I am a sensual person and have decided I like being romanced. Who knew? I don't mind getting down and dirty with a home project, and am just as comfortable camping as I am dressed up for a night on the town or cuddling on the couch watching a movie. I have a crazy sense of humor and believe kindness & happiness is key. I can be quite sarcastic and am non-confrontational and not a fan of drama. I'm a glass full (overflowing) person. I've been known to speak Spanish fluently, but only in my sleep. I can cuddle with a snake, hold a spider or catch a mouse but get a moth within 20 feet of me and I slip into a coma. I was a roller derby girl and absolutely loved it! My knee just wasn't as aggressive as I was. It's the perfect excuse to slam into other women, press on a temporary tattoo and wear insanely small and crazy clothes which usually include fishnets. And, was the best workout ever! I believe in paying it forward and that we all can make a difference. My son and I went to Kenya a few summers ago and stayed & worked in an orphanage, it was the best experience for both of us. I went hoping to change as many lives as possible, but OUR lives were the ones changed.I've got a Bucket List that is continually growing. I've done about 25 of the 80 items on it, so far. Just crossed off be on Wheel of Fortune. Another one on the list is to be on the Amazing Race (my favorite show). Will you be my partner? I know what I want in a man and I'm not willing to settle. It doesn't mean I'm picky and unrealistic it means I've learned from my mistakes and want to find someone I can happily grow old with. The man I'm looking for should: have a great sense of humor, be confident but not arrogant, happy, extremely kind, understanding, compassionate, successful in whatever he does, driven (but can relax), can laugh at himself and can make me laugh, be spontaneous but also plans fun stuff for us, classy but can also be goofy & treats me like a lady, even though I can handle it on my own. I want a friend, someone I want to call the second I have good news or who's shoulder I can cry on if it isn't so good. I want a man who loves me enough to make a skin suit out of me, but yet doesn't. I'd love a fellow travel lover. Someone who wants to go ziplining through the Costa Rican jungle, fetch me fruity drinks with umbrellas in them on a Caribbean beach (ok, you don't have to fetch them for me, but would you if I wanted?), will work beside me helping to build a hut made of dung in Africa, and will let me wrap my arms and legs around them on their Vespa rental on the streets of Florence. And, I'm not shallow about looks but I have to say a smile goes a long way (especially if you have all your teeth). I'm sorry to say I'm divorced, although I'm a much stronger woman for it. Divorce is hard enough on adults, I wanted to make it the least painful for my son. He was and always will be my number one priority. He is 14 and one of the coolest people I know. I'm not looking for a dad for him, he has a great one already. I love family and really wanted more kids but have adjusted that idea as I've aged. I am appreciating my freedom a bit more as my son gets older. I am completely open to meeting someone who has kids. I'm still open to adopting if that's what me and my new man decide. I do want a man who values being a father and husband as his most important, valuable roles. I'm looking for the yin to my yang, the jelly to my peanut butter, the Tom to my Jerry and more importantly the Romeo to his Juliet (minus the double suicide ending). I am up for fun and adventure. Life is short, I'm living it!! Care to join me?Oh and bonus points if you are an oldest child or only. Those are apparently the best matches for me. :)I'm good with a variety of things. A drink, dinner (fast food if you appear to be a freak from the get-go), toilet papering your enemies house or maybe go on a scavenger hunt. Ice skating in Central Park, picking up garbage at the beach, slinging food on the conveyor belt at the Oregon Food Bank, I'm open to suggestions.
