I am a very kind hearted woman with a lot of love to give. I am on a journey to be the best person I can be! I love college sports, especially football. I also love animals. I have 2 wonderful dogs. One is 180lb mastiff that everyone falls in love with! He sure get a lot of attention when we go out! I am a retired math teacher so I have a little nerd in me, I can't help it. I really enjoy math. what can I say? I am looking for someone to share my life with that can look beyond my flaws and enjoy my assets. I own my own home and am financially independent. I am not rich, but I make it. We can all say all these thingsabout ourselves, but what I am really looking for is to love and be loved! I like hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling, walking in the woods, taking my dog to the creek or lake to swim, chilling in a hammock made for 2, camping, kayaking or floating down the river. I always thought I'd like to try survival stuff as long as I don't have to suffer lol my dream is to live a year in Alaska! I'm sure one winter is all I'd want!Hop on a private jet and head to Alaska to fish for halibut ...there will be lots if time for talking on the plane ....or maybe go somewhere for coffee on an outdoor patio with a roaring fire crackling in the background! You should be open-minded, witty, kind, compassionate and preferably very well-read, if not college-educated. Not trying to be shallow, but you need to be physically active and fit--I am and my pics are recent; yours should be also. We all gain a few pounds as we age and a good intellect is the most important, but be proportionate. I'm not sure why men complain that women here lie about their weight when I see the same thing all the time. Also, good grammar and the ability to use both paragraphs and the phone when communicating help! I am not into lots of texting and messages for a month as a start--a call is a good way to see if there's chemistry. I also can't believe how many "great" guys want sexting/naked pics by the 3rd contact and a quick hook-up. If that's you, go away; far, far away! I am interested in finding and sharing a last great love--which would mean the "M" word someday. If you think you will never re-marry then you aren't right for me. Doesn't mean right this minute; first we'll see how that all important chemistry (mental and physical) goes. I would like to be friends first, though, so please NO requests for "random acts of intimacy"; I'm not that lonely.Really think that meeting for a simple coffee or glass of wine is best--where conversation can be heard and some sense of potential chemistry can be assessed. A first date for me--that's next, when the chemistry is obviously there. And I'm a little old school--I don't want to set up the first date--be spontaneous and surprise me is best.
