I moved to Fl.4 yrs ago because I love the ocean, the beach, and beauty of nature , all life has to offer. I am looking for my alleged soul mate. Someone who is at the same place in their life and seeking similar things. I believe in love and miracles. I live my life with compassion and humility being thankful, and celebrating every day. Nothing is promised to any of us and I would love to find that special man that when I look into his eyes and hold his hand, I feel confident that we both share the same desire and excitement of being able to share the beauty and fun of life together. I love to hear live music, going to art or craft festivals, walks, travel, exploring new places, going to movies, being on or near the water and beaches.I enjoy beautiful sunsets, flea markets, cultural/historical displays. Enjoy being active and live a healthy lifestyle. I PREFER men without tatoo's or facial hair, or anything resembling a mountain man, however, I do judge a person more by their heart and would not rule out possibilities of connecting with a kindred spirit. Prefer someone in reasonably good shape, healthy, educated, and very socially appropriate. We have to be able to communicate so if you are quiet or shy,have a fear of intimacy, or are obsessive about having a perfect world, lack self confidence, or only talk about yourself, you are not for me. Please-No racists or religiously obsessed men.No smokers. Pets are negotiable. Lets have fun, laugh, enjoy life together and really get to know one another.Final thought: We have all met some people on here who aren't exactly what they led us to believe, but don't give up. Believe in good people and a God that has endless resources and opportunities for us.Meet for anything BUT coffee, preferably near beach,or with a view of the ocean, get to know one another .Maybe listen to some good music, Go for a walk , watch the ocean waves,feel the beautiful breeze, marvel at the sunset Main goal is to have a good time but also to get to know the other. I don't do smokey bars, fast food, or Starbucks. I want to talk without everyone around us listening in and I want to be able to hear you and you me. We should have a good time and hopefully enjoy what we find out about each other.

I prefer one on one situations to group functions. I'm a smart ass and a nerd. I'm not much of a girly girl. I still consider myself new to Cambridge and am hoping to get to know the city and meet some new people. That said, I am in a period of transition at the moment and am open to going anywhere and doing anything!I will admit that I have a hard time overlooking poor spelling and grammar. I think it reflects a lack of effort and pride in self. There's really no good excuse for it. (I 'favourite' people when I come across someone who's profile I would like to look at again. Like a bookmark. I'm not sure why this seems to upset so many people.)I'd rather get to know each other through the course of doing something active. Forced conversation is a bit awkward to me.

    For the last few years I have given all of my energy to establishing my business. I just had my first grandchild a beautiful baby girl. I am totally getting this grandparent thing. I do not have an upgraded membership, so if you "want to meet me" you would need to send me an e mail.First dates are something you do after you had the first "meet up".First "meet ups" should take place somewhere casual for a drink or coffee, giving each other the time to get to know one another.First dates take on a more direct approach, maybe dinner.
