About Me

I was born in Puerto Rico. I moved to Miami, Florida when I was 6 years old. In September of ***, I moved to Maryland and in July ***, I moved to Alexandria, VA and then I figured... why not go for the full tri-state experience, so in April ***I moved to DC. DC was awesome! However, I decided I need some work/life balance, so I moved to Tampa, Florida. I have several good friends here (all married) and am about ***hours away from my mom and my brother. I am pretty easy-going, have a good sense of humor and love making new friends. I guess what it comes down to is that we all want to be happy, and be happy with the person that we end up with. Looks are important and I prefer men that are fit and attractive, but substance in the person that you are with means so much more. I saw something on a profile that described it beautifully: Looks are nice but they are merely the preview of a movie that makes you want to see it, whereas the personality, and unique traits of a person are like the characters and plot that make a movie interesting and make you want to see it again. I'm looking for that movie that I'll want to see over and over again. I want to meet a man with confidence, a great sense of humor, style, and personality.... Is that too much to ask for? I'm realizing I need to add this: Ghetto talk is a turnoff to me. Sentences like "I funna talk to this female rite quick and find out where she stay at." make me cringe. If you don't see the many things wrong with that, I am not the woman (notice I didn't say female) for you..

I can get down and dirty (ie love going muddin or to a truck n tractor pull) or I can dress up for a night out on the town...then there is the casual in between...jeans and a tshirt, no makeup, sitting with you on the couch eating popcorn and watchin a scary movie ;)I love road trips...to anywhere and nowhere. Take off driving, take this road, then that one to the right. Go around the curve, up the mountain and stop at a road side stand for some homemade jelly and some peach cider. Continue up the road, climbing higher and higher...I can't look down too much b/c it would make me nauseous lol so you keep me occupied with your rapier wit and make me laugh the whole way up. Finally at the top, we are rewarded with cool winds and a magnificent view and the perfect picnic spot down the hill, out of the way of the wind. We talk, laugh, eat...get to know each other. But if this doesn't work out...you can always surprise me :)
