I'm creative, smart, adventurous, affectionate and fun-loving. I'm a little shy, at least at first, but when I warm up a little, my wit begins to shine through. I'm independent, but an old-fashioned girl at heart. I enjoy the arts, especially theatre and movies. I enjoy walking, yoga and tennis. I'd love the opportunity to explore other athletic pursuits such as hiking, biking and maybe golf. Classic movies are a passion. When it comes to music, I enjoy almost all types, including country, rock, folk, oldies and classical, big band and more. I like amusement parks, board games, old fashioned diners, ethnic food and dark chocolate. Romantic candlelight dinners, walks on the beach and snuggling in front of the fire are great, but I also like dressing up and going out on the town, attending festivals, visiting historic sites, trolling flea markets and garage sales, and picnicking at outdoor concerts. Attending the occasional sporting event is fun, too. I love to travel and have been twice to Europe, several times to the west coast and up and down the east coast. Some of my favorite things in life (to continuously be added to) are:-the extreme physical and mental challenge that both crossfit and MMA provide-Laying in bed with my puppies watching chick flicks during bad storms that make the windows sound like they're about to smash into a million pieces.-The pain you get after working out a muscle you have to look up in a medical book because you didn't know it existed. -Standing in ***degree weather for 5 hours with the sun beating down, passing around ***spf and still getting sunburned, paying $5/bottle of water (or $3 just for a darn cup of ice) trying not to pass out from heat stroke just to watch the Fightin' Texas Aggies beat the hell outta whoever that Saturday's not so formidable opponent is.-Finding those amazing and unique heels you can't live without that also just happen to be so special you don't have a thing to wear with them. Therefore, you have complete and total justification to continue your shopping quest for at least one outfit to go with the heels so they weren't bought in vain.-Getting back to the city! I'm a city girl so I thrive on getting back any chance I get.Something crazy and out of the ordinary. Dinner and a movie kinda suck for y'all who haven't figured that out by now.
