I am a divorced after 25 years with 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren and another one on the way. I am originally from Syracuse NY. I have come out of a relationship and I am ready to move forward. I refuse to play head games.. I've had enough of then to last me a life time, and not looking for a one nite stand. I am kinda old fashioned in nature and feel that in order for any relationship to work, you need to be each others friend first. I still believe in soul mates and want to have the man in my life be my best friend. When that happens, the sky is the limit! My family is most important to me, even though my children are grown, they have been the focus of my life. I'm very down to earth and love to have fun. I enjoy going out all dressed up as much as sitting around a fire, drinking a glass of wine and watching a video. I am honest, sincere and very truthful. I am on the road to non smoking, but not there yet!The place doesn't really matter, the important thing is the two of us are spending time learing about one another. I am not going to say that I want to meet someone w/o baggage as I believe at our age, everyone has some type of baggage and believe ....if you don't have any, then you probally haven't lived.

    I love the outdoors, especially the mountains and the water. Someone who understands the juggling act I call my life :-) and is willing to be flexible with me for the next couple of years until my daughter is off to college. Someone who is good-hearted and understands that, at the end of the day, it’s what we give, not how much we gather, that really matters. Someone who takes care of himself, takes fitness seriously and prefers an active lifestyle. Someone who is young at heart and looks and feels younger than his years, who is well-rounded, fun loving with a quick wit and a positive outlook. Someone who enjoys people, has a good group of friends to golf, fish, run or tailgate with .Someone who is financially secure, educated (college or self-taught) and has some serious street smarts. If he knows his way around a toolbox, that's a plus! :-)Getting to know you over coffee at Starbucks, maybe lunch or brunch in the Grove or somewhere in Aventura if more convenient for you.
