Those who know me well would say I'm hilarious, classy, creative and very intelligent (Meyers Briggs INTJ). I have an addiction that drives me - its called "laughter" - make me laugh and I'll probably follow you (almost) anywhere (probably NOT Nebraska, Iowa, or Alabama, nor the Middle East, as example). I am a passionate woman, on both a physical and intellectual level. The former is for you to discover, the latter would include world affairs and the state of this nation, fate of our children, animals (I'm known as Ms. Doolittle), political issues, etc. I regard myself as a Centrist. I've been alone for some time (fiancee died of cancer 5 years ago) and I am truly ready, willing and able to be part of a partnership but friendship first!! The man I seek will be intelligent and have a passion for discourse; he'll laugh with me (often, even during times of intimacy), he'll share some interests and have some of his own. Like me, he'll wish for some time to himself, but want to share life on many levels. He'll be scrupulously honest, have a spirit of adventure and a passion for travel near and far. He'll appreciate good food and wine (prepared by me or in a fine restaurant). He'll like to spoil and be spoiled - and he'll be romantic, kind, loyal and real. Life goes by quickly and at this point it is rushing by - it would be marvelous to find the perfect man (for me) to share the rest of the journey - combining bucket lists and checking them off. If you are out there and reading this, get busy and write! :)UPDATE: I have moved and now living in a beautiful mountain city to the South of the US - large gorgeous home with fantastic view, simply divine weather, lots of amenities including dozens of fabulous restaurants - much to do, much to see and life is good! IF you have a sense of adventure and have been thinking about relocating to a more relaxed, cheaper cost of living and would like to explore a connection, then DO get in touch. I have found a great place and all that is missing is a terrific guy with whom to share life!note: I am flexible, not wedded to this city or area, and feet are not cast in cement - so geography should not be an issue!Given my relocation, greater planning and coordination is a requisite - but it might well be worth the bother! I love a man who can plan an interesting special date as a surprise, when that time comes.

Interested in: independent filmmaking; (I have made a few crazy films), biking, kayaking, and scuba. Enjoy foreign travel, sci-fi (not into aliens in the garage; but getting desperate for a good, thought provoking, sci-fi movie (can't bring back Stanley Kubrick), and foreign films. Calm and easy-going, intuitive and perceptive. Life mission is to have fun and give back. What am I looking for? Someone who is passionate about being here on this earth--and looking beyond. An open and generous person. Someone who can step back and change direction if up against a wall (I do like Ray Wiley Hubbard, he is a little different). Cannot take life too seriously. Great sense of humor, able to laugh at self. Passionate about life and hearing/listening to what others have to say. You can learn something from everyone.Spend the day outdoors--in an area that is conducive to hearing and listening. I like "good" food; however, that does not translate to pricey--find that hole-in-the-wall.
