My mother raised her daughters to be strong, independant, and capable of taking care of themselves...I can do all that. However, she also taught us to love and respect others. I can do that too. Its alright if he doesn't appreciate my passion for horses, just so he understands that they are part of my life, and I will learn to appreciate his passions.
