I guess it is time to re-vamp my profile as the old one wasn't working.I am looking for a man who is down to earth, smart, funny, has a decent job or a job, good looking ( in my own eyes) doesn't do drugs and is a social drinker. What I am not looking for is a man who is looking for a one night stand or friends with benefits. It is my understanding that there are women on here that are looking for those exact things - sorry but I am not. I would like a relationship but would like to start out as friends first.I am a smart, honest, down to earth woman with a great sense of humor. I have a great job that provides well for me. I like to travel. A couple of my favorite places to travel to are Dominican Republic and Maui. In my spare time, I like to read, play cards, hang out with friends and family, go to concerts/live shows and in the summer time go fishing and camping. I mostly listen to rock/alternative music but I find myself listening to a lot of country music lately. I like watching most sports. I am a huge Roughriders fan. I am not perfect nor do I claim to be. I do not have the perfect "Barbie Doll" body but I am happy in my own skin.     I came to London a while ago to do my PhD, got a job here afterwards and here I am... I am interested in social issues in general but also in psychology, sociology, different things actually as I am quite curious and always happy to learn something new. What else, well I believe in keeping a (reasonably) healthy lifestyle, I am not religious about it but I try to do some sport regularly which can be running (I do a lot of it at the moment), zumba, gym, cycling and many more (I like mountains and hiking but not many opportunities to do that in London!)
