I am spirited, passionate, offbeat, classy, intuitive, tenacious, feisty, creative, caring and energetic. I love laughter and being funny seems to come naturally for me. I do enjoy my "home time" where I can relax. I have 2 great kids... oh my they are grown to that college age and I am proud of them! My buddies that now reside with me are a pug and two cats. I love to take long walks in the fabulous park right in back of my house lucky to have that in such close proximity! I love my profession... I have teased about what I did previously, but the fact is that since I am so proud of what I do - I think it's about time I include it here. I am children's librarian for a large public library...This is probably dependent on how the initial "feel" goes... A "rocking" first date would probably be in some great BYOB in the country - either outdoors on a beautiful, moonlit evening...or a frosty evening with a fireplace burning ... ambiance, wonderful creative dining, a bit of humorous though mild flirtation, and a fabulous dessert with a shared allure that you both have this desire to learn much more about each other.... slowly...so the flame doesn't extinguish too quickly.

    Let me preface this with a little info on where I live. I live in the high desert...WAIT...When we moved up here I knew that anything I would want to do would involve driving distances. I think it is worth it! Pinon Hills is in the high desert of San Bernardino county, at the base of Wrightwood, west of Hesperia and Victorville, about ***miles west of I-15. Okay, sounds way too far!...well, not really! The trade-off for living here is that I usually spend quality alone time driving to get to most anything I want to do. A drive is a small price to pay for living her, it is so worth it. I grew up and still work in La Verne. My son and his family are in Orange County and most all of my friends live "down-the-hill". So, I am down-the-hill, a lot.I just may be that treasure you won't find in your own backyard!!Let's talk a bit and see what we come up with together.
