Hello....I'm glad you stopped by. I am hoping to be in the right place at the right time to meet the right fellow. I live in the rural neck of the woods. It's hard to find a good match in such a small pond. I am open-minded about life and other people's beliefs. I also believe in the golden rule....Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I appreciate all types of music like Blues, Jazz, Classic Rock, Country, that Big Band sound from an era long forgotten. Rap can be fun to dance to (actually, I kind of like Eminem). I also enjoy music from the 50's and 60's. Remember songs like, Wichita Lineman, Downtown, Cherish, If I Were a Carpenter, and I Say a Little Prayer for You? It's always better when you can do things with someone. Clubs, dinner, rides at the fair, and traveling would be fun. And, oh yes, horse back riding! I want to go so bad :) I also think it would be fun for someone to introduce some of their interests. It's being with the right person that makes the activity fun. One tends to feel a bit isolated up in these parts. I also like hanging out at home, watching TV, surfing the web (I think I'm addicted to Youtube), walks, cooking, or making a garden with someone special. I have done many different things in life. I used to play and sing in a band, worked with the elderly, worked with children, and developmentally challenged adults and children. I have worked in a restaurant/pub during the day (I hated working nights there). I am one math class away from an associates degree (I'm not much of a math girl). But over all I would consider myself a musician/singer more than anything else. Harmony has always come naturally to me. I'm not afraid of a microphone and a stage...well, I mean...I guess it can be a bit intimidating sometimes. There is a difference between a gentleman who is protective and a man who is possessive. That being said, I am not threatened by a more traditional type of relationship. I rather prefer it :) I would like to find my best friend and it turn into love or vice versa. Someone who makes me feel like I want to be a better person and who finds that in me as well. Someone who accepts this red head exactly the way I am. I am honest, loyal, giving, and an individual. I am simply going to say I am looking for some one who is honest and up front with his search also. I am looking for someone who has simular interest as I do. I don't mean physical as much as emotional strength. That he can be accepted in to my family as well as he accept them. I am not in to head games or jealousy games, or drama. I won't tollerate it at all cause though I seem to have enough of it in my own family and life. I am to old for that stuff now and I want someone on the same page as myself for once in my life. I want to be able to be accepted in his family as well. He must Love animals as I do. He must be willing to "Hold" an honest conversation with me online for at least a week before we meet. Then willing to meet in a public place in Bangor. I have many hobbies but never really seem to finish them, I would like to have someone around me with the same intrests to help inspire me to finish them for once. I have many goals I am working on and they are strong goals; I love my family and one goal witch is the top goal for me right now is to help get us all in one big house together. We as a family have decided that it takes a village or a whole family to survive in this crazy world. There is a nice house in Brewer big enough to not crowd out each other and have our own spaces. We are geared up to go green and live raw and off the grid land. It sounds brass and challenging but we feel it is our best chance for a good life. I know that a lot of people are seeking this goal, but we are determined to make it happen. I say we cause as I first started this profile; I stated that I am with my family and part of the support system. I am not asking anyone to give up their life for me. I am just asking that they might be interested in adding me to their life. As that is why I am here to find someone that I can comfortable add in to my life. I am not sure anyone finds me unique except for my family that is. I have had other more prominet people find me interesting if not Uniquely goal minded and Thought processed. I raised my 2 sons in a non traditional way with an open minded and enventive mind frame. To help others when they can, but family is really important too.(Family is always first though) I have deversed Musical intrests, I was raised with country music though I seemed to have been drawn to Elvis and old time rock, My sons and other younger generations have taught me that if you hear it you might like it. I was also drawn to Opra and the classics. (TO THOSE WHO SAID: It was not a possible thing HA HA we did it!!!!We are on our way to owning a duplex in Brewer!!!!) I am finding hard this week to process the idea I just won the PCH 7,000. a week for life. I am working on the who and what I must do with it as I go. My family as always are supportive with my confustions and working out finding an accountant. I am paying off the house when All is said and done but nothing else has change for me. I am the same person I will always be unlike a lot of people I am not money oriented and I am moving down the same road I started. I guess I am saying this cause I am still processing this as I go and it is like saying it will help me process it better.I am not sure why but I am neither over excited nor unaware of the problems it may bring in my life. Right now I am just going through the moves and hope that I make right choices for my family.Hang out take a long walk get to know one another see if we are compatible.
