Hi: My name is Peggy. I'm looking forward to the next part of my life with optimism. I'm happy to say life has been good so far, but I'm also hopeful that I will be able to share a lot more good times with a male companion. I'm a writer at heart, but working a "day job" to make ends meet. I enjoy simple, laid back activities, including casual dinners, movies, festivals, rummage sales and the like. I do, however, also appreciate the occasional "fancy" night out!I know the fact that the longest relationship I've been in was under 1 year might make you wonder whether I'm capable of a long-term relationship.     I moved to the D.C. area last summer from MI. What an exciting place to be! I love to be outside doing any of my favorite activities. This includes the social aspect of eating and drinking while relaxing after working out. I mostly enjoy going very casual events after work, like a Nat's game with shorts/baseball cap, but like to get dressed up once in awhile as well. I seek spontaneity, and living in the now/present/moment. I enjoy depth, meaning and see value in everyday experiences. I am selective, and seek others whom I find that certain chemistry with and do it with an open heart. I seem to have an ease of companionship and humble confidence. Realistically appreciates strengths and flaws in myself and others. Finally, I believe that I identify, explore, and indulge in things I am passionate about.I love my job.
