Well, hello everyone! I'd say it was awkward to talk about myself, but I am a teacher. My students know no boundaries when probing into someone's life so I have no problem talking about mine. I teach high school English and earned my Master's degree in ***. Teaching is my passion and so is emphasizing an education in my students. Currently, I have all seniors so the conversations I get to have with them about their lives and futures are sometimes superior to the lesson I had planned that day. Eventually, I see myself pontificating on the wonders of literature in front of a college classroom. I'm currently pursuing that career path. Outside of teaching, I love to be with my friends and family, at the beach, by the pool, reading a book, and just having a good time. I'm open to new experiences and meeting new people. In terms of taste of music, 90s music is my thing. Specifically 90s R&B. Also, really into the freestyle music of Stevie B., Johnny O., Cynthia, and TKA. And I do love me a good boy band (NKOTB, NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees, Color Me Bad, Jagged Edge, etc...no judgment haha). The list goes on and on. I am also a HUGE book nerd. Rarely will you find me not in the middle of reading something. I sometimes live vicariously though the fictional characters I find between the pages of an amazing book. Like I said, huge book nerd :) In terms of a mate, be confident. Nothing is more attractive than a man who is sure of himself (but not arrogant...there is a fine line. Don't cross it). Also, please do not come off too strong. Keep specific details about your past relationships to a minimum. As lovely as it is to hear how amazing I am as a person, hold off on divulging that until we've at least hung out a few times. Show interest, but do not fawn over; it's a turn off. Take the time to get to know each other. And, for the love of everything good in this world, PLEASE have a sense of humor! A sense of humor is a must! I've been told I'm too nice and I give more than I get. That may be true but I like to believe it's that I have a good heart and care about those nearest and dearest to me. Be honest because lies suck. Don't play games...goes back to the whole honesty thing. I often feel like what I expect from others isn't that much to ask at all but experience has taught me otherwise. I don't play games, I am truthful, I will apologize when wrong, I will love with all I have to give. I make mistakes...who doesn't. I've made stumbling an art form at times but at least I'm entertaining. And I do care...I care quite a bit. I think for a good first date to happen, it has to be in an environment where two people can talk to one another. This allows two people to get a vibe on the other and see if a second date is in the works. Be creative, original, yourself.

***Update:Because I have been reading a lot that it is nobel that i want to go into cancer research, I really don't think that's the case! It have been interested in it since years now and it is my passion and i finally came to realize that i want to make it my profession, but if i wouldn't be interested in it, i wouldn't force myself to study it just to cure cancer. If someone becomes a painter or I don't know what because it's his passion, it isn't any worse than someone wanting to cure cancer. Rather I think that someone following his passion and working something they love is more admirable than the profession itself.Things that I like...painting, hockey, beer, reading, ....Was on here before ..thought I would give it another try again. The last time I was on here I got stupid messages for being a Canucks fan...so here it goes again...if your first message is about hockey..I am going to delete it straight away...as easy as that...no need to insult me for being a Canucks fan, I am not giving you ***** for being a Habs fan and for probably not making it into the playoffs...so there you go!Other than that ...I am Austrian.=Also I work very hard for things that I want in live...right now, I am trying to save a lot of money for university and have to study a lot before i can do so as well...complicated story, and will then study biochemistry because i want to go into cancer research, which means a lot to me and it's a long way until i get there ...but hey I never liked getting things easily i rather fight for things that i really want, just makes it so much more meaningful and special...UPDATE: you might wanna read this cuz it's going to save you and me time...I will not respond or read messages from people that have no pic in their profile. Intention of meetville is to actually meet up with people, so I am gonna see you at some point anyway, so why not putting in a pic straight away. If I don't respond to you, then guess what I am not going to respond to you even if you send me 5 messages over the next weeks or whatever. A lot of guys seem to do that lately, not sure why, but FYI that comes of as very creepy and DOES NOT increase your chances that the girl responds to you.I generally don't look at guys who want to meet you or who added your as a fav. so just send me a message *** respond to chat requests as it extremely slows down my pc and makes it freeze all time, so here again send a message pleaseand to all those awesome messages that go like, "hi", or "what are your hobbies" and standard questions like that, I don't respond to that either. Like most of the girls here, guys send a lot of messages daily, if i would respond to each message that sounds like the one from before, well then I might as well just prepare responses to "standard questions" and just copy and paste. I prefer someone who is unique and not receiving a message from someone asking me something that the last 10 guys asked me beforeand to all those weirdos who offer to pay money for i don't even wanna know what...NO THANKS I AM NOT INTERESTED...and with that being said I rather prefer getting one message a day from someone that i might be interested in, because he is different from everyone else, than 50 messages from people who write the same stuff all over again .... Depending on what we are both interest in ...no need to plan...will just make a spont. decision =)
