General. I've never been married. I don't have kids. I have a cat. I live in the suburbs. I drive a ***Firebird. I like dining out, going to thrift stores, collecting and polishing rocks, and once took a class in silversmithing. I'm scuba certified, and once was a black belt in martial arts. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in engineering. I served in the Air Force for four years. I once overhauled a volkswagon engine. I used to play a lot of chess online and with the PC. I can get by in Spanish. I've written some poetry, and a friend of mine is trying to get some of them published.1. Hobbies: dining out, dancing, playing piano, travel, Spanish, photography, chess, building robots, outdoors, exploring, camping, hiking, nature, long walks, long, deep conversations, ancient culture, reading the Bible, my cat, going to fleamarkets and bookstores, playing poker, history, politics, playing guitar.2. Goals: I have achieved my goals. I am retired with full medical, and my house and car are paid for.3. I'm intelligent, educated, and mildly cultured. I can talk on almost any subject (except sports! I'm intolerant of all kinds of deception, manipulation, insincerity, selfishness, etc. I'm extremely honest and somewhat gullible. I can't stand rude or sarcastic people. I prefer other intelligent and/or educated people. 4. Music. I like classic rock (94.1, and 103.5), 70's, country, classical, and sacred. I don't like rap, hip hop, or Tejano. We'll save the movie for the 2nd date.
