About Me

I'm your outdoorsy type of girl - not afraid of breaking a nail or getting dirty (but also know how to dress up when the occasion calls!). You'll rarely find me in make up (it's called natural beauty, which is hard to find these days) and I enjoy wearing sweatpants whenever it is appropriate. If you're looking for "barbie" - I am SO not your type! And you're SO not mine.I like to spend my free time "at nature" - whether that be biking, hiking, camping (yes, in an actual tent) fishing or just laying at the beach being a bum! I occasionally enjoy running, but it really depends on the day and my mood :) I have done many 5K's, and someday will attempt to bump it up to a 10K. It would be awesome to find a running buddy to help me accomplish that goal! I consider myself spontaneous and I am always up for a new adventure. Traveling is what keeps me sane - whether that be to a different country or just 3 hours up north. I try to get up north as much as I can, but working full time sometimes makes that hard. Something about the quietness of being out in the middle of nowhere and away from the city-life is so relaxing and enjoyable. I could really see myself living up there one day. I'm not the party type; you'll rarely find me at a bar or club. My idea of a Friday night is taking the dog for a long walk at the lake or around the neighborhood and then coming back to cook dinner on the grill while sitting outside enjoying a hot summer night. There's nothing better than having a campfire with friends and/or neighbors - with the country music cranked and the smell of s'mores cooking! ;)I'm looking for someone to share life's adventures with. Someone to share the good times (and bad times) with. Someone who makes me happy and treats me with respect. Who I can feel comfortable around in my sweatpants and hoodie - with no make up on. I am willing to wait as long as it takes to find "Mr. Right" and won't settle for anything less.
