D. program in math at MU this fall. My only problem is I don't know many people here yet, but one friend recommended this site, so I'm giving it a shot (despite sketchy results from previous online dating). Some things that might be interesting about me... I served in the Army, including a very long tour in Iraq. I played in the ***World Series of Poker, and even cashed a small win (money's all gone now, but the memories will last forever). I double majored in philosophy and math for my bachelor's. I'm not sure if I picked the most interesting things about me, so you'll have to be the judge. Sorry if this description makes me sound self-absorbed, but it is supposed to be about me, right?
