** Coles Notes Version **- have 2 kids that are the world to me and with me part time- honest, respectful, funny, down to earth, fun- cheer for the Winnipeg Jets/Calgary Flames and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Not an Oilers or Eskimos fan but it's okay if you are- can cook (real meals) quite well- love music, especially live- consider myself a good person with a lot to offer** Full version **Okay so first and foremost – right off the top so I can save some of you the time - I have two children ***and ***who absolutely mean the world to me as I am their DAD, not just their father. However, I am NOT looking for somebody for them, I am looking for somebody for ME. But I guess you gotta like kids... Still examining the hook? Good... other than that, I am pretty open to what I am looking for – I hate to make a list of things, as it might just exclude that one person who is the “” to my “” (if you have seen the movies, you get that...) I guess a general list would include honesty, compassion, a sense of humour, and a sense of FUN!!! Life is too short, and after we take care of all the mature “adult stuff” like saving for the future and making smart choices, we should be concentrating on having fun with life!! You only get one shot at it, and there is no reset button! Of course, fun comes in many, many different forms – I'm looking forward to experiencing what YOU think is fun!!Random facts:- If you are an Oilers or Eskimos fan that is cool – we can be that cute couple they show on TV that are wearing opposing team jerseys, and maybe get on the “Kiss Cam” to boot!- When I say I love to cook, that means more than just making sure the pot of Kraft Dinner doesn’t boil over (although I make an excellent bowl of KD too!!) I actually do enjoy cooking real meals, and would love to take cooking classes to expand the repertoire- I enjoy red wine... usually chilled – the fact that I like it chilled should reassure you that I'm not a wine snob - just a guy who likes cold red wine! - I am mostly goal oriented with sprinkles of procrastination for good balance (and yes, ocassionally the top falls off the shaker!)- Music is a very important part of my life - I usually have music playing most of the day, and I love seeing music live - whether it's in Commonwealth Stadium or in a small out of the way pub. Mostly '80 stuff for me, but as long as it has a good beat and it's catchy, i'll probably listen to it.- I am working very, very hard to be an “average” guy and shed those few extra pounds. So I guess it’s important to me to meet somebody who is either there or also seriously working hard to get there. If you are active and work out then that is just sugar free icing on a fat free muffin – we can keep each other motivated!I’m trying to keep this short enough to be readable, but long enough to give you a sense of who I am – it’s a very fine line. There is so much more to me than is written here, so if you are interested in potentially getting to know a genuinely thoughtful and nice guy, then let’s exchange a few mails and see if there is enough to warrant a meeting! I do prefer to meet sooner rather than later (in a well lit, public place with lots of escape routes!), as endless ***’t my thing. Like ripping off a band aid, get it done quickly!!If I have added you to my favourites, that probably means I see something in your profile that I like – feel free to add me back. I never mind writing the first message, but it’s usually good to know that YOU want to get it!!! And if I did write you a message, and you aren’t interested, that’s cool – a quick “no thanks” would be appreciated – I’m not going to *** asking why... Something quick and easy and in public that will allow us to see if the chemistry from here translates into chemistry in the real world. (Cue tension music here!) Probably will be a quick meeting to help you avoid having to get the "escape call", perhaps a game of pool, bowling, mini-golf, frisbee? After which I will insist on walking you to your car, or if it's parked close enough, watching to make you get there safely, because, chemistry or not, I pride myself on being a gentleman!

    I have no idea what to say in these things, lol I am a 34 year old, divorced father of 2 boys ***& ***They are a large part of my world even though they live a province away.
