Just to start... I never thought I'd be here.. online doing this but with everything that life has to offer (And the fact that I am not a bar scene type of person) its harder and harder to meet people. So here I am.. trying!I'm 24, single mother of one. A 4 year old daughter who means more than the world to me. I'm about 5'5 a bit on the heavy side but I'm happy and healthy. I've recently started working out more and I love it :) Not ready for the whole gym experience yet but doing pretty well from home I'd say. I was a paramedic/EMT by trade and loved loved loved my job.I'm average height, blue eyes that change colour with my moods (between grey blue to a bright blue), long dark brown hair, and well.. you know what there are pictures there now.. I've heard a picture says a thousand words.. so I'll leave it at that. I've been legally single a little over 3 years, technically single.. almost 6 now. I love going out and doing things, or staying home with an awesome movie and a warm blanket. Taking my daughter to the park or the pool outside is an everyday event around here, I'm active, happy, and very outgoing. Although I have a sarcastic side.. :S Hmm.. Not afraid to say whats on my mind, and I don't take anyone's shit. After being stuck in an abusive relationship.. I'll fight back.Hmm what else about me.. I love music all kinds. Movies, the arts, plays, sports, etc. Love it all. Love them.. I am not some frail woman who is all girly about everything. Given I have my moments..... (shh we wont tell anyone) I have a good strong head on my shoulders and I am not afraid to use it. I'm not shy, I'm smart, independent and know what I want. I expect the same. I am a loving person who after all the crap that I've been through... wants to finally not be alone.I suppose that's it for now! Would depend on if my daughter was with me or her father. See funny thing with first dates .. its that its a get to know you stage! Coffee sounds great but it's not. Dinner and a movie is classic but it leaves no time to talk. So.. why not a picnic? Bowling? Something fun and casual.. yet public enough that both feel comfortable?
