What I would like to share is that I am 5' 9" and a whopping ***lbs... that's right I'm Huge LOL ! currently going to the gym just about every day with few if any days off and plan on sticking to it, NO plans on being a "Joe Rock Head" I don't lift heavy weights..... you Definitely want me involved in their recovery process because I am really good at what I do for a living.
