I put off joining any of these online dating sites because I had always heard that they were generally for just "hooking up" and I am looking for more than that. After less than 24 hours here looking at profiles and pictures I have decided to change the "; message to reflect what I am looking for here. I want a woman who respects herself. I can't understand why a woman would make a profile trying to meet someone using text abbreviations and a cell phone pic taken in a dirty bathroom mirror. If you can not put any effort into trying to find someone how much effort will you put into maintaining a relationship with them? I want a woman deserving of the love that I would potentially be giving her. When I get involved in a relationship I put a lot into it. I do all I can to let the woman I am with know that I care for her, that her company and feelings are important to me. If a woman is deserving of my time she is deserving of being treated like a queen. I want her to be as proud to say that she is with me as I am to say I am with her. I want a woman who wants to experience LIFE and share that experience with me. I want a woman who is strong enough to take care of herself but willing to let me take care of her. I want a woman who is not afraid to love or be loved. I have high standards but I'm not looking for perfection- perfection is boring. It is the little quirks and oddities in all of us that make us unique. I don't have a certain "type" that I won't stray from because to pass up on a potential relationship because it doesn't fit some pre-conceived outline is the best way to pass up happiness.If you've made it through my little rant and think you might be interested SEND ME A MESSAGE!
