I was married for 10 years and have two kids, 11 and 14 who take up the majority of what little free time I have. I wish I could dance well and paint...but I can't. I like to sing and perform. My musical tastes are varied. I love and hate some stuff from every genre and I typically tend toward 90's - modern day rock and alternative. I play guitar sometimes to accompany myself but I suck at it. I'm not an alcoholic but I like to drink and my taste in beverages is as varied as is my taste in music. I'm an awesome kisser. I'm confident but not arrogant. I'm a little arrogant but it's more of an endearing kind of arrogance, really. I like dogs more than cats. I'd rather own a cat than a dog. Well, according to the chart above, I have covered all four steps for massive meetville success so I suppose I will now sit back, drink coffee, bask in my awesomeness, and wait for the flood of messages to me that are inevitably being formulated even as I type this!I miss having a girlfriend but I've also had some rather tragic romantic luck in recent years and I'm not sure how ready I am. I'm pretty mature about relationships. I'm cool with friends w/ benefits. I'm just as cool with friends without benefits. I'm hoping to meet that someone (just like everybody else) but I'm good with following the "not looking" strategy because that's usually when you find the stuff you're looking for. So I guess I'm mostly looking for friends here and to see who is out there to meet, hang with, have a good time, and see what happens. Ideally, I would like to take my date on a Tahitian cruise where we would swim naked in the moonlight and make love on a secluded beach under the stars. I want to find someone who is done going out every weekend and feels just as fulfilled laying on the couch watching a good movie with me on a Saturday night. Perhaps we spend a weekend camping with some friends. I am done with the bar/club scene and ready to have the better things in life. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy going out with friends once in a while and letting loose. However, I don't feel like I need to go play the field at the club every weekend anymore. I have a good job and live alone. I recently graduated from LCC with an associate degree in computer repair and IT support. I feel as though I have a lot to offer the right person.
