Self-improvement and learning have always been important to me. I tried being a better father by being a room parent for my kids. I have even been a troop leader of 27 teenager girls at one point. What doesn't kill me makes me stronger, right? I have also had to become the mom my daughter needed the last couple of years.On a personal level, I was the first in my family to get a college degree and have subsequently completed my MBA and CPA certification.
