I'm a country boy, I love my wide open spaces. The landscape and the wildlife.I'm an educated country boy though. I am always learning. It's a must for me to be successful in my career. I enjoy theatre, small town and big city. Small town is often more humourful but frankenstein at persephone was amazing! The summer festivals like the jazz festival and fringe are favourites of mine as well.Sports are a big part of my life in the winter, as they've always been. I'm honing my curling skills this winter with hopes of becoming more competitive in the future years. I've done the hockey thing all my life and still play rec, but it's time for something different. The summer doesn't leave a lot of time for organized sports, but I get lots of excercise through my work anyway.I enjoy all animals. I have 2 dogs, a border collie and a great pyranese. The collie is my cattle herding partner and the pyranese is the collie's body guard;) I enjoy working with my cattle. There is a great emotional reward from them. I also enjoy the many encounters I have with wildlife throughout my day. I will hunt, but it's not often. I have to have a real hankerin' for wild meat. I respect every animals right to life and have found enjoyment in watching wildlife and how they interact with us.I'm looking for a partner in life. Ya, stating the obvious right! For clarification, I'm more than capable of living life on my own, just like you are, cause that's what we've been doing. Having someone to live it with is much more fun. I want to be able to help someone and someone to help me. Someone to share the adventures of my day with, and to regale me with their own. The first time we meet could be the simplest stuff you can imagine. no pressure. A drive in the country or walk around the block.Our FIRST DATE should have more intent. Like a fine supper if its that hour and we're hungry.
