I'm an outgoing and well mannered guy originally from Va so I have been told that I have that "southern charm". I still open doors for people and other "polite" I'm mature and organized, charismatic and respectful and I like to take life as it comes...Always trying to find the positive in every situation. I enjoy most traditional things that we all do...going to a movie, bowling, shooting pool, having a couple drinks, nice restaurants, sporting events, concerts, stay home and watch fav tv shows, put put golf, go carts, shopping, and I like to cook...but I also enjoy the outdoors occasionally, camping, fishing, hiking, sightseeing, riding 4 wheelers, old cars / car shows, traveling and casino trips, spending time with friends hanging out / cooking or grilling out. I love football, golf, and poker and I play softball weekly. Those are a few of my hobbies and I need some good company to do some of this stuff with. I have always thought that a first date should be simple, something enjoyable that both parties agree to like meeting at a mall to have lunch, something local for coffee or drinks, or something similar so that you can talk and see if there is a mutual interest as you get to know each other. If both parties agree to a second meet then you should do something more intricate and more involved as the progression goes forward.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to check me out. I am a hardworking individual who belives in life long learning and new experiences. Life can get really boring if we are trapped in the same routine everyday. I am kinda shy, but I truely enjoy meeting new people, making new friends, and trying new things. Sometimes it may take some convincing to get me to try something but if your persistant I usually come around. I am educated but dispise those individuals who are arrogant simply because they have a peice of paper. Everyone has a valid opinion and I have found that most of the best answers come from those who are not formally educated. In my previous career I was a Professional Forester involved in Forestry / Fish interactions. I am a terrible speller. I enjoy most all kinds of music but still apreciate those I don`t particularally enjoy. Live music is great.I enjoy hiking and campimg in my spare time as well as watching movies, playing Wii, and hanging out with my friends. I enjoy strategy games like Civillization, Sim City, and Risk. I also enjoy sketching and drawing. I enjoy Karate as it keeps me in shape both mentally and physically. I am big into sustainability and spend a fair bit of my time designing homes that incorporate sutainable concepts like rain water collection, solar heating and electrical generation. I hope to build an off-grid, Timberframe home complete with its own greenhouse. When I get bored I usually take the dogs out for a walk or out for a hike if I have the time. I would like to get more involved in snowboarding, kayaking, and geo-caching.I am looking to meet someone who has ambition in her life with goals of her own. Someone who can enjoy a quiet afternoon hanging out or enjoy a spontaneous activity when bored. Someone who is happy to get wet and dirty from time to time but also enjoys a night out.
