I've grown tired of the bar scene or hoping for a chance meeting. I enjoy the outdoors, but I don't live for them. In other words, I can be contempt staying in for a quiet night in front of the t.v., as long as I'm with someone who makes me feel good inside. I'm nowhere near perfect, and will be the first to admit I've made my share of mistakes. I have come through my share of long cold winters alone, and I am ready to find someone who warms my heart, and is warmed by my caring nature. I am merely hoping to find someone to share a few laughs with, and willing to take a chance with me to find what happens next. I find it best not to place expectations on anything, especially a first date. Starting slowly, I think, is best. Perhaps meet for dinner and a few drinks while we talk and get to know one another. More than likely, by the time dinner is through, we will know if we are compatible enough to take it any further than that.
