About Me

I'm that super nice and respectful guy who enjoys helping others.I'm not much of a bar hopper anymore, and picking women up at a bar has never really been my thing. I'm not against going out for drinks with a lady though. I'm somewhat new to the area and dont know many people, and my job doesnt exactly throw me into social situations of meeting new people, so figured I'd give this site a shot and see what happens. I'm comfortable being independant but would prefer to find the right person to share life's pleasures and adventures with, just haven't found her, yet.I still open doors for all women, and I always let the woman I'm with pick her seat first when going out somewhere. Honesty must be a huge policy. I love animals and have had a decent variety of pets, though I dont have any currently. I'm always learning anything and everything and applying that knowledge as necessary. I'm [almost] always willing to try new things especially when it takes me out of my comfort zone because it teaches me things about myself I never would have known and often find it to be much more fun than previously imagined. Almost any activity that draws adrenaline will grab my attention. I'm dying to go skydiving one day! (pun was unintentional)I love to eat and am lucky enough to have that freedom with no consequences :PAnd believe it or not, I cook and clean quite well, especially when there's a special someone involved. I'm a very mechanically inclined person with an engineer's mindset and love to fix or improve upon pretty much anything, and am very often told "there is nothing you can't fix", and my neighboys all call me "McGuyver" due to my successful ingenuitely with nearly everything. I'm self employed and make my own hours which I definitely enjoy.I race my car legally on tracks, I take my jeep off-road where it belongs, and my bike... I'll stick with "I enjoy riding, mostly on two wheels" for the time being. I custom-built all 3 completely myself to make them better at my intended purpose for them and to give them my own personal cosmetic touches, and I enjoy every aspect of it.A goal I have: I've never been off this continent, I'd love to take a foreign vacation. I already have my passport and an eager smileI can have fun doing just about anything. My parents raised me well, as I am: compassionate, kind-hearted, adventurous, generous, family-oriented, well mannered, extremely hard worker when necessary, passionate about many things and will do whatever it takes to accomplish goals related to those passions, positively strong-willed, intelligent AND well educated (there is a difference), observant, and most important of all I do not lie or cheat under any circumstances and I most definitely do not use this site for hookups like most BOYS here apparently do. But look at it this way: if a person puts near zero effort into finding the right relationship, what's to say they'd put any effort into the actual relationship when they find one? Anything that involves actual interaction. Afterall, isn't that the point of a first date; to see if there should be a second? I dont think the first date should have too much pressure if we haven't been talking for long, just in case it doesnt go too well. Coffee, dinner, indoor rock-climbing, water park, shooting pool, walk on the beach or even just through town. Anything where we can actually talk and learn some things about each other either through words or actions. I would say the typical "something fun", but fun is made not paid, and I can have fun doing just about anything if the person I'm with is enjoying themself too.
