I have lived in the area all of my life with a couple small exceptions for school and work, however I find there is so much I have not done. This is my "message in a bottle" tossed into the Plenty Of Fish Sea........The gym is where I go to decompress and reformat my hard drive. Introducing myself while you are rocking out to your favorite song is rude. I refuse to interrupt another person's workout just because I think they look amazing. This is my personal "Catch 22" because finding a person that thinks fitness is important outside of the gym is a challenge. The gym isn't all that makes me tick. I Mountain Bike & Trail Run from my back yard on a daily basis and when the wind is blowing I Kitesurf & Windsurf. My Yin is SLOW....My Yang is FAST. I love European Cars and I own several motorcycles. I take advantage of all the fun distractions around NW, NE & Do you like to dance? So do I! Yes I drink socially. No I do not smoke.
