I have numerous hobbies that are being altered a little to the way of life I have thrown myself into. I absolutely love the outdoors including fishing, hiking, hunting, rafting, and basically anything to be outside enjoying the serenity. I have a huge passion for food and have since I was very young! I aspire to create much more farm to table dishes that draw people to organic and local produce and meat products. I moved down here in a big way to travel and experience the flavors and tastes of food first hand! My main goal is to own a catering company or fine dining bistro by the time I am 35. Until then I feel I need to get an up close look at the techniques that draw me to my career!I am a very laid back person looking for a great friendship that can possibly build into something everyone dreams of. I am not into the hype of a fairy tale story and know that not everyone is perfect which is why I like to take things on step at a time. I am a very romantic person and it doesn't make it difficult by the fact that I love cooking candle lit dinners as much as I can! I would consider myself confident in my career and love to meet new people and find out their life story. I am intrigued by great company and can't wait to find out what you have to offer!Music is a huge part of my life and I listen to a wide variety, even a little country here and there. Mostly reggae, Rebelution to Iration, followed by classic rock and new age. I feel like music is a big topic we can discuss if we talk later on. I would say something very quick and simple to see if the sparks fly. I am a big believer in a non stressful environment for what basically is a blind date then if things go well I will plan a day of spectacular events. Maybe even a fishing trip?
