I love food...both cooking and then eating it. My friends are never surprised to find me talking about a feast that I'm planning (they know if they bring pudding or drinks they can join in). This doesn't mean that things don't go wrong still but I guess that's how you learn. The first time I tried to make a poached egg I made what can only described as a wet eggy mess...now I'm a poaching master :)I read a lot of books.
