About Me

I work in an office environment doing computer things. It's pretty unexciting most of the time, but every so often I manage to wrangle some sort of travel out of it. I've been to India and the UK so far.I like to spend my free time writing and recording awful music on my computer. I play guitar, bass and (to a lesser extent) drums. Singing is not a thing that I am good at, unless I'm drunk. Then I'm AWESOME.Fitness is a big part of my life and I play hockey and do other gym stuff regularly. Not that I'm a total gym-bro or anything, I just got fat in my early twenties and had to actually learn how to eat and exercise properly and subsequently became interested in diet/fitness as a result.I believe in being an empathetic person and hold some pretty strong political and social beliefs as a result of that. Be aware that if your views fall more on the conservative side of the political spectrum we will not get along very well. Having long discussions about things like politics, sociology and feminism/gender issues are tons of fun to me. This is not to imply that I'm actually knowledgeable about these things, just that I like talking about them.I like cats.
