Hi I'm rj. I'm a professional arm wrestler, 2 time left handed world champion actually. I was a non sectarian buddhist monk for a few years where i practiced zen meditation(za-zen) Hatha yoga and Kyudoku (Zen Archery) as well as many forms of martial arts. Ive studied martial arts for about 21 years and have a few black belts as well. I went to ASU and received my Bachelors in socio-cultural anthropology and minored in physiology.
