About Me

I'll get it straight out there, I'm a chef. I love to cook for people and like trying out all kinds of different recipes/ideas. I work in a very busy country pub so when I'm at work it's all work work work, but the minute my shift is over chill mode is active and I'm the nicest guy this side of the pass. I love my job, get to work with all kinds of crazy good hearted individuals and I wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world. If you add me on ***'s a high chance that I'll send pics of delicious food!!!!I listen to a lot of music. No music,no dream. Music is the ability to explore the feelings you have inside without having to talk about them out loud.I don't really care what music I listen to as long as there's a good solid beat, rhythm and lyrics I'll give it a listen and have a boogie. My music is diverse. On my playlists I have 90's dance, metal, classical, pop, rock and everything in-between. I also read quite a bit. If I have a 3hr break between shifts at work I'll plop myself down, whip out my kindle and read away.I like to go out and have a few drinks and watch a band but I also love curling up on the sofa with a good movie. I've gone off getting drunk and forgetting what's happened. Much rather enjoy a drink with good company and enjoy life.I hate being cooped up at home so when I do have downtime I try to get out and enjoy the outdoors. I have a lovely border collie and we love going out and getting muddy after a good long run.In the immortal words of Adam Sandler (who my friends think I look like) "Family comes first". I'll always put my family and friends ahead of any selfish desires or work.That's pretty much it about me, If you like what you see and want to chat, meet or cook together drop me a message. If I choose the date it's usually some high end bistro or a small family run restaurant out in the middle of nowhere. A date with my usually involves good food, good wine, random scenery and a good enjoyable day. I wouldnt be caught dead on a first date to TGI's style restaurants or the cinema. It's not my kinda thing.
