Welcome to my profile. Here is a lot of useless information about me but it may be interesting to someone. I usually hate summarizing myself but I will try my best, as I always do. I love movies, TV, and music. I'm not sure what I want to do with my life but I have always had a thought of being a writer or going back to school to be a nurse. I'm passionate about a lot of things and I try my best to show it. I'm one of those people that is pretty grown up but I also have a great sense of whimsy (mostly because I still love watching cartoons). I like just going and having fun but when it's time to work then its time to work. I love being what I call an optimistic pessimist in that I can make a negative comments but I'm always the first one to try and make light of bad situations and try and pick up someone having a bad time and knowing that no matter what happens, things are all going to work out fine and as long as I keep that in my head I stay sane. I'm also very family minded in that I want to get married and have children at some point because I just say that it shouldn't matter that I'm gay, I still want to have the same kind of family that anyone can have. Meet for coffee, take a long walk (probably some romantic place), maybe grab dinner and just spend the entire time talking.

Look for the good in others and often times you'll find the best in yourself. This is something I try live by. I've experienced a lot of different things in life and being able to recognize that life will bring you through heartache, joy, sorrow and pain, to only realize that you're a better person for having endured that makes it worth the journey. That might seem kind of deep and what not but I'm just a decent guy who just tries to make the most of what he has. I've been described in the past by others as "down to earth" "laid back" "funny/sarcastic". I'm not sure I'd agree with all that but I like to think that I try to live up to what others make of me. I'm a hard-working honest guy, who sometimes just likes to cut loose, and just hang out with friends and go through a couple of bottles of wine with good conversation. I think that friendships are ultimately where you find happiness in your life, and I may not have a huge entourage or click that I associate with but I do have a few very close friends who mean the world to me. I think that doing so just handicaps the relationship and doesn't allow it to grow at it's own free will. I've got a ton of hobbies and interests, so I could be comfortable doing most anything. I've spent the last few years single, I believe mostly by choice but I am now putting myself out there and would defnitely like to meet new people. So hit me up. Dating for me has been a variety of things but I do like to be creative and coming up with something new and interesting for a first date is something I do like to put a good bit of thought in to. Meeting up over a cup of coffee that turns into dinner and a walk in the park is great too. I don't put up expectations for a first date or let alone a 2nd but I do expect to be treated respectfully, as I would treat that person.

Wow. Apparently, I haven't updated this thing in over two years. Well since then, I have had two birthdays making me 26 now. Ugh, I'm getting old... It's certainly not my dream job, but it'll do for now I suppose. I work forty hours a week and then volunteer quite a bit in the evenings. Admittedly, because I'm bored but if I find someone who I enjoy spending time with, I will certainly make sure I make time for them =)When I'm not working or volunteering, I enjoy riding my motorcycle or doing things outside. I have a kayak and canoe and enjoying doing both. There are a lot of other activities I'd like to try, but usually can't a partner to do them with. Eventually, I'd like to learn to SCUBA dive for example.Anywho, enough about me. What about you? What are your interests? What are you looking for? If you have any questions, shoot me a line.
