About Me

I'm back on meetville, and still looking, hoping, and praying to find the one. Is that you?I'm an adventurous guy and enjoy exploring and trying new things, whether it be going to a new place or trying new food or experiencing something I never done before. I guess that's part of why I ended up in event management. I love traveling; Through my company, I've been fortunate enough to fulfill my dreams of seeing this country. I'm hoping to do more international traveling as I get older. I work for a mid-sized event management company that services trade shows and conferences. I'm a project/product manager, running our lead retrieval department. I also manage a few of our smaller events on the side. Long-term, I'm looking to become self employed, working on property and financial investments. My goal in life has always been to own my own company like my father.I'm an avid follower of several TV shows/series, including Fringe, Mad Men, and a few HBO series like True Blood, Real Time with Bill Maher, and Boardwalk Empire. Overall, I don't actually spent too much time in front of the TV except in winter. I'm a pretty active guy and don't really like to be cooped up inside. I like to get outside as much as possible. Bicycling is one of my favorite activities, so much so that I built my own. I love riding along the Charles and if I'm up to it on a nice day, I'll ride to work. I also enjoy running and kayaking when the weather's nice.Personality wise, I consider myself outgoing, caring, and devoted. I'm a quieter guy, but only because I prefer substance over content. I prefer not to be the loud one of the party, but rather the guy you can always depend on to be there for you, actually listen to what you have to say, and help you out when you're down. I guess anything from a coffee date on up. A pub/bar date wouldn't be my first choice though. I like somewhere I can hear what someone is saying

    It's SO nice having a 15 minute commuteI've a really great job in an exciting and rewarding field (sustainability). I love travel, and can't wait for my next trip. A few years ago I spent 2 months backpacking SE Asia. The following year I spent another 2 months w***friends driving cross country. Would love to ride a motorcycle cross country next.
