Oct 9th ***started a new chapter in my life. I started working out daily with cardio and weights, feels fantastic, mentally and physically, loosing weight and feeling great. You want energy go to the gym and work out a sweat lifts weights and gain tons of energy and have a positive attitude. Works too. Not for sure why I didn't start this earlier in my life. But now is better than never. It is part of my daily routine. I miss having the company of a man. It is so nice. oh well this is good..love music and dancing... Just somewhere fun for the both of us. walking through a park talking and getting to know each other better.

Ok so I'm a few more pounds then a few pounds over weight, Just more to love on.....lol I'm very down to earth, I'm almost 50 years old, but Ive been told I'm a young 50 year old...lol I love dancing,cuddling,laughing and or just doing nothing at all!
