Painting the present:The current state of your life is just a picture you're painting.Everyday were given a blank canvas and we decide what this canvas will end up like, once we start a painting most of us do find it difficult to walk away. It's okay to start over from time to time, I always keep blank canvas's around - just in case.Since this is how I see life, I keep working to expand my paint collection. I see too many people focusing on certain color/colors, though at times we must. The sad girl constantly paints the moon, while the happy one paints the sun. But they're not so different, just focused on different perspectives. Both techniques are true and the finished product temporarily satisfies them both. I'd just love to see more people run the spectral gamut. Sometimes to make the sun a little brighter you have to paint a darker background. Hindsight is ***, always. I see my past, it's all framed in my mind. I have a gallery that no one will ever be able to truly explore but me. Just as your gallery is in a vault, ill never be able to truly venture through. We can share stories though, paint pictures with words, ill show you my self portrait to date and you show me yours. We're both artists, will sit back praise and critique, then help each other make the most of what we've gathered to date. Bring your favorite medium(s) and anything else you think might make your picture perfect. Please do remember, it's only art. Do not brag nor boast no matter how many love your work, it'll only cripple your next five paintings. If you want to be a true artist, just paint. Scintillating!
