One who is confident, but not, too,****. One who is able to show his sensitive side would be a bonus. Someone with energy and enjoys life, as well, but can also enjoy a night home maybe renting a movie and/or cooking a nice dinner together, sipping nice vino, listening to music, fire going (not today, of course, in this insane humidity). I enjoy the simple things in life; cooking together, cuddling on the couch watching a movie with the lights out & a fire going in the fireplace, or just talking while lying on the bed with candles lit & music playing in the background. I also do like to get out & see what this great world has to offer. I like to take road trips, long weekends, go to the beach, the lake, the mountains, antique shopping but most of all I just like sharing these experiences with that someone special. I am very family-oriented. My family has supported me throughout my life & I wouldn't be where I am today without their support. I've spent the majority of my adult life raising my 3 kids. Now that they are grown & moving forward in their lives, I can focus more on me & my needs/wants. My kids will always be my #1 priority but a girl has to have some fun! BTW - Please don't read anything into it. I've been divcorced for over 20 years. I definately can be fun, goofy at times, I like piggy back rides at the spur of the moment, watching & going to sporting events..go Vikings, Angels & Lakers. But I do know when to be serious, loving, and passionate. I do believe there is someone out there for each one of us that when you connect, you feel as one. I just have to find that man. Casual first meeting to see if there's any type of a connection and then move forward from there.

I'm open to trying all activities, and love to be shown new things. I also have many activities of my own that I'd love to share - scuba diving, sailing, hiking, camping, golf, skiing, and travel. Plus I love outdoor dining/people watching. Farmer's markets, wine-tasting, beer festivals, movies, concerts. I like coffee more than tea, but still like tea. Dogs over cats, but still like cats. Red wine over white wine, but still...no, on that one I have to stay firm - I only like red. ;-) Goals and aspirations? Well, I'm not that goal driven (which is NOT to say I'm aimless and shiftless***I just enjoy making the most out of time here, treating people well, and am perfectly content if I don't change the course of the world. World-changers never seem all that happy. I really don't like it, but I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, so I won't say anything about it. But it clouds my ability to bond with someone. No preference as long as everyone is nice. :-)
