I know that my life would be 'sweeter' sharing it with a man who really cares about me. I also know that I'm ready to be that person for someone, too. It's only taken me half my life to realize this, and to be in this mindset because I want to be, not because I feel as though someone 'my age'; should. I have a sense of adventure without being a thrill-seeking junkie...I think my daily experiences are pretty exciting on any given day! Most mornings I work out, the usual could be running, spinning, weight training or kick boxing. I also enjoy a pretty challenging Hot Yoga class, once in a while.I cook with real butter and eat cheese. I prefer to eat whole and healthy food. Watercress and 'salads' aren't on the menu. That isn't to say I eat everything with no conscience I just keep it pretty healthy. Let's just say bread is NOT a bad word in my nutritional vocabulary. I love to cook and it's really a bit of self expression when I get into the kitchen. I am a wine-o with a pretty good palate, and discovering wines and sharing them with friends is a passion.I have a serious job, but don't take it too seriously. Let's just say I have time to meet someone and the desire to make a relationship top priority. I'm hoping to find somone who knows what he likes, lives a full life, and believes, as I do, that a partner would enhance his life. Anything else you want to know about me, might be better said on the phone or in a meeting. After a slight hiatus from meetville, I'm back and committed to finding that special someone... I've met my fair share of questionable fish.... really looking for the one with integrity. Honesty is HUGE for me, so if that's not you, best to keep moving on. I am very grounded and stable... mother of ***year old boy, whom I absolute love and is the center of my world..now that he is a busy teenager, its time for me to focus on some fun and adult conversation. Not to mention he's actually dating now and I'm not liking the Friday night Starbucks scene while I'm waiting for him. LOL! I've been told I have a great sense of humor and am a great listener.... I am involved in alot of activities and am looking for someone who is also very involved. I'm not interested in giving up the activities that I love, nor would I ask a man to give up the activities he loves. Obviously the goal would be to find things to do together, but we won't always love doing the same things. I'm also not looking for the "stalker"....I don't need to talk to you every hour and you shouldn't need to talk to me every hour... we are both grown ups with busy lives and should respect and understand that about each other. That being said, good communication is still the foundation of a good relationship so if this is a weakness, we're probably not a good match. My future fish should also love God and be family oriented as these are the 2 most important things in my life. I come from a very stable and close family and looking for someone that is also close to their family. If you don't speak to most of your relatives, not a good fit. I'm not about material things, but at our age, a fish should be financially sound enough to enjoy life.....The right fish will also be someone that takes care of himself... I still workout regularly and enjoy hiking, backpacking, golf, boating and pretty much any outside activity. Hobbies are..hummm, let's see.I like going to the beach in the summer, and shopping all year round.. BBQ's in the summer are great. Drinks , friends and relaxing are my thing..
