Hi there! I'm a divorced mother of 2 great kids, and looking to find my "Mr. Right". I am not currently working but I am a medical assistant and certified phlebotomist ( yes, a vampire) . I'm not into the bar/club scene, so I find it hard meeting someone. I've been doing online dating for a while and just haven't found anyone I truly connect with. I think emotional chemistry is just as important as physical. I'm a very outgoing and friendly person, and I will talk to people almost anywhere I go. I have a really great sense of humor and I can joke around and laugh at myself, which I think is very important . I need a guy who can make me laugh!! Humor is a must! I enjoy going out to eat and catching a movie, or I can stay in with a pizza curled up on the couch. I'm not a princess or a diva, but I do prefer a hotel over a tent... I'm not very out-doorsy (lol). Sports are not my thing, but if its yours...that's ok (within reason). I prefer to go to a real game versus watching on tv. Being that I am originally from NY, I am a Giants fan and a Yankees fan (sorry). As far as music goes, I have very diverse tastes.... From Andrea Bocelli to Pitbull, Rihanna etc...I do like some country. As for movies, anything with DeNiro is a must!! Comedy tv... I am not looking to have more kids (biologically), but if you have kids that's great. Bottom line is I'm looking for someone like me who is honest, loyal, funny, generous, selfless, romantic , loving and who just wants to be happy with one person. If you think we might have a connection, please don't be shy and say hello. I think a first date should be very relaxed and low key. I know I tend to be a little anxious, although in a good way... But I want my date to be at ease also.... so I love a great burger...somewhere cozy where we can get to know each other without having to scream at each other over loud music. If you have a favorite place that we can just relax and be ourselves, that would be great. If you have a different idea, please say so!! I'm open to your suggestions :)

I love to laugh and feel that IS a necessity in life. Humor is a must!! I'm an avid reader and will always make some time for it. I enjoy going out being around others, but also enjoy spending time at home sitting on the patio, nice glass of wine, and some music playing in the background. My friends say I'm easy going, quirky at times, and always have a smile on my face. Both my girls are over 18 and now have lives of their own with college and friends. In my "quest" to rediscover who I am (besides just being "mom"), I look forward to some new adventures of my own. I like sports....my favs being baseball and hockey. My favorite pastimes include, but not limited to, music, bowling, photography, reading, festivals, people watching, playing on my iPad, and spending time with my girls when our busy schedules allow it.If interested in getting to know me further, you know what to do.........
