I would like to meet new friends. I wish that option was available in the "intent" portion of the profile. Anyway, any time I have ever been in a happy and comfortable relationship with a man, it always started out as a friendship. Let's try to start off on the right foot and cultivate a friendship. I have started learning the guitar. I love the way it sounds when I play the opening to Wish You Were Here and that one cool part in No Woman No Cry. I like to travel. My life doesn't need to consist of thrill ride after thrill ride. In fact, I'm not at all interested in that type of thing. I'm not all about being outdoors and climbing mountains or riding on the back of someone's motorcycle. I like those things but they are not the only things I live for. I want you to stimulate my mind and to get excited about describing and explaining things to me. (I'd be happy to return the favor) I do find that sexy.I work in the health field assisting in surgery. It's a great career and keeps me in student mode most days. I have two adult kids and two grand babies (4 and 7). They are a joyful part of my life and keep me laughing. I have a pretty easy nature with a slightly neurotic side. It's actually pretty amusing to the observer (so I'm told) l'm really looking for an easy going guy who doesn't get turned off by a woman who knows there's more to life than an empty sink and crisp white socks. I do like order but I have a hard time achieving it. Ultimately, I would like to be in a serious relationship but I'm not going to force one into happening. Even if the chemistry is there, I prefer to move slowly. Did I mention I'm looking for a friend? I really want to meet someone who will have my best intrest at heart because I promise you, that's what I have to offer in return.I'm encouraged to discuss my taste in music here. I am a very honest Christian woman seeking a spiritually mature gentleman who loves God and tries to live by His word. I love kids, cooking, taking care of my family and the elderly, I have a heart that loves unconditionally, I feel a relationship should be one that protects honors and respects one another. Honesty is a must….. I pride myself in being honest and kind hearted.. I enjoy playing golf but can no longer swing the club because of nerve damage from rolling and SUV. I enjoy cooking, shopping, antiques and flea market browsing; I enjoy a nice motorcycle ride. (Fishing all kinds) camping, traveling, (Dancing love it) (theater love it) walking on the beach, a good massage. I’m a snugger. I can be clingy but not overwhelmingly. I enjoy all kinds of flowers. Just, stop by the road side and cut some. I find lying in the grass under on a beautiful day or under the stars relaxing. I can be quit romantic and full of surprises. I do not like disappointment. So, don’t make arrangement unless you are pretty much guarantied it is something you can follow through on. I’m realistic and understand things can come up. I’m not an expensive date. Be yourself. If that’s a problem, there must be something you’re hiding. I just speak the truth. Sports are not my big thing but I will watch if that is what my partner likes. I believe is sharing in interest and being considerate of one another’s thoughts and likes. Having a pool would be a big plus. Sun and water are so therapeutic. I have a Computer Science degree in Network Service Technology. Some physical limitations keep me from using some of my talents. I presently work part time as a caregiver.
