My satisfaction is more about the company I keep than the activity. Working out a few days a week at the gym is part of my routine and something I look forward to. I have a 16 year old son who I love spending time with, but he's not always up to hanging out with his mom, but when we do, we enjoy a great time together. He gets along very well with adults and keeps busy playing H.S. sports (football & swim team), time with friends and working.
