Not into beaches, but love to spend time at my pool. I found a niche in cooking in the past few years and have experienced trying foods I wouldn't have dreamed of eating just a few years ago. I am not big into sports but will engage in the viewing as long as my life is not required to sit by a television every Sunday between September and January.I love animals and have 3 cats. I was raised with both cats and dogs. Would love to volunteer at a shelter or similar organization, but hesitate because I would take them all home with me.I am financially stable and have an extremely stable job as I work with extended family so they can't fire me! I truly enjoy my job and don't mind getting up each morning to go. I love the people I work with although there are a few who can drive me crazy!!! I would think the best first date would be to hang out for a drink and just get to know one another to see if we click. No pressure.

First off, I'm a very independent person, at the same time I am very social and enjoy the company of family and friends. I am not interested in casual encounters and I certainly am not interested in drama, been there, too old to waste my time on it, so if you are "separated" or looking for casual encounters, don't look to me. I am interested in dating and seeing what happens. I enjoy doing almost anything outdoors, love live music especially outside in the summer...but anything live is great. I enjoy watching sports, preferably live, because listening to TV usually puts me to sleep. I like movies, but they have to be really good to keep me interested. I play softball, volleyball, tried kickball, like to walk, hate to ride bicylcle but could sit on a motorcylce for hours. I like to see new places, but would rather not be the person actually driving to get there....and if you can make me laugh, well then you have a good start. I prefer something relaxing and somewhat quiet to start, the only way to get to know someone is by talking...then see where it goes from there...
